Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days (Free for orders in the U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (Free for orders over $100)

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping at the moment. We will provide that in the future! Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to keep you updated on its status. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or using the link provided in your email.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high order volumes, or other factors beyond our control. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at Contact Us – Y2Chic Co. within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
